Update May 7th, 2019

Unfortunately, the Data Center (host) who manage our servers are experiencing issues.

Please note that other services using the same host are feeling the heat of this as well.

When news broke out that Vader’s was shutting down, we bought additional servers because we knew vader customers were going to need a new home pronto.

Prior to buying the new servers, we had room for 10,000 additional customers as we always build in extra redundancy so that we can provide you with a quality service that does not buffer.

However, due to unforeseen circumstances, 8 of our servers went offline and required immediate and unscheduled maintenance,  which did not allow our system to successfully load balance our service to all customers. This, in turn, caused outages and buffering in some locations.

We do not have an ETA from our data center, but are working with them to resolve the problem in the quickest manner possible.

This affects our live tv channels, catch up and our brand new emby service.

As a result, over 300 channels or so are currently down or buffering at the time of writing this article.

Our technical team and management are working overtime to fix this issue and will have it rectified as soon as is humanly possible.

Thank you for your patience.

As of midnight Hong Kong Time, this issue has largely been resolved. Both Emby and Video On Demand are back online in most regions, with Catch Up and some Live TV Channels being rebooted and expected to be back online within a matter of minutes.
