Smart IPTV – Smart TV – “Check Playlist URL. Nr1” Error message

Please check the following possible solutions

1) This error happens due to a bug with the Smart IPTV app on some TV Models that causes it to lose the list of channels.

2) We can fix this for you by removing many of the channels that you do not watch (usually non-english channels). Please click on the Open Support Ticket button below and let us know if there are any non-english categories that you would like to keep.

3) You may also want to use a different app called Smart STB, which does not have this problem and provides better features.

4) If you desperately need to watch a show, you can use our web player using Chrome or Firefox Browser on a PC or Laptop.
