Please check the following possible solutions
1) Sometimes some channels will go down. Please check and see if there is a SD, HD, FHD or Backup channel with the same name that you can use in the meantime.
2) Please make sure that you include the exact channel name so that we can investigate the issue for you.
3) Please attach a screenshot or photo of the screen you are seeing when this happens as our Technical Support team will need to be able to see the exact error or message that is displayed on the screen next to the channel name.
