Our system is designed and optimized so that it doesn’t buffer. If you are experiencing buffering, we need to gather some information from you so that we can analyze the data, identify the problem and rectify it so that you can have a smooth viewing experience.

Instructions

Before contacting our support team, you need to gather some information to help us diagnose the issue. These details must be included in your support ticket.

  1. Turn on your tv and wait until you experience buffering.
  2. Using an android device, perform one local speedtest and 3-5 international speedtests. Make sure you take a screenshot of each speedtest and include it in your ticket. You can view full instructions on the following page: https://hdiptv.stream/support/speedtest/
