We are currently aware of an industry-wide issue which is being caused by software that more than 90% of the IPTV industry uses.
While we use different software, some of our primary providers are effected and have already begun migrating to a different system. However, with over 7,000 live channels, this is unfortunately not a fast and easy process.
We always make every effort to ensure that our service runs as smoothly as possible. However, this issue was out of our control and was something that no one in the industry expected to happen.
Please rest assured that our engineers are coordinating with the effected providers and everyone is working around the clock to have the issues fixed as quickly as possible.
During this time, you may experience playback issues, connection issues and buffering on channels depending on your location.
