Industry-wide issues

Industry-wide issues

We are currently aware of an industry-wide issue which is being caused by software that more than 90% of the IPTV industry uses.
While we use different software, some of our primary providers are effected and have already begun migrating to a different system. However, with over 7,000 live channels, this is unfortunately not a fast and easy process.

We always make every effort to ensure that our service runs as smoothly as possible. However, this issue was out of our control and was something that no one in the industry expected to happen.

Please rest assured that our engineers are coordinating with the effected providers and everyone is working around the clock to have the issues fixed as quickly as possible.

During this time, you may experience playback issues, connection issues and buffering on channels depending on your location.

Please check back to this page where we will be providing live updates instead of contacting our support team.

We fully understand your frustration and thank all our valued customers for their patience and understanding while we work to fully resolve this issue.

    UPDATE
Our effected providers are approximately 80% complete with their move to new software. They are continuing to test channels and assign extra resources where needed so that we can reach a solid and stable experience again.
We hope to have everything back to normal soon.

    UPDATE

*EPG will unfortunately be purged every weekend until things get sorted to reduce server load. It’s this or we allow main to crash which could take 30-45 mins during prime hours to come back up.

*VOD, have not been able to add any content to IPTV/VOD because once again everything was don’t through the XC panel we used. V1 failed after numerous attempts. Trying alternate methods to try and find a solution to this.

*Things were doing lately are out of the norm because we aren’t working through the XC panel we once had. (Hence why NFL was loaded the way it was)

*Local Test Channels, these are acquired and will need to be fixed one by one for the sound issues. This is a low priority but will be done near the same way we had before.

*Premier league is being updated. If you experience any issues trying to watch a game, please contact us so that we can address the issue ASAP.
