Smart STB – Smart TV – “STB Blocked” Error message
Please check the following possible solutions
1) This error happens when a connection error causes the confirmation of your MAC address to fail, or because your account is not active.
2) Please make sure that you have
submitted your MAC address to us
. This only needs to be done once.
3) If you desperately need to watch a show, you can use our
web player
using Chrome or Firefox Browser on a PC or Laptop.
